How long does it take?
Most sites are ready in about 1–2 weeks once we've talked and you've sent over your photos and info. Bigger Premium projects can take a little longer. We'll give you a clear timeline on your first call.
Do I own my website and accounts?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and your Google Business Profile and Nextdoor page belong to you. We get helper access to do the work, and if you ever leave, everything stays with you.
What if I already have a website?
No problem. We can fix and refresh what you have, or rebuild it if that makes more sense. Either way, we'll look at it with you and give you a straight answer and price before any work starts.
Do I need to do anything?
Just a few things only the owner can do. Google needs you to verify your business listing (usually a short video, a phone call or a postcard), Nextdoor may ask you to confirm your page, and you send us your photos, hours and services. We walk you through each step.
What does the monthly plan include?
Every care plan covers keeping an eye on your site's hosting, small edits, and keeping your hours and info current on Google and Nextdoor. Growth adds one blog or Google post each month and a monthly ranking check. Pro includes everything in Growth, with two posts a month instead of one, plus a monthly report.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Care plans are month to month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your site, domain and accounts stay yours.
How do I pay?
Setup projects start with a 50% deposit and the balance is due at launch. You can pay by card, Venmo or Zelle. Monthly care plans are billed automatically by card each month.
Can you promise I'll be #1 on Google?
No one honestly can, because Google decides rankings. What we do is set up everything Google and your customers look for, the right way, so you have the best shot at showing up when people nearby search.
